OUR PROGRAMS

Each of us has a gift, when we use it to help others, we reach our highest potential. Our mentoring program is designed to foster lifelong relationships between our mentors and mentees. After completing our 16-week PDG intensive, we will offer you the opportunity to enroll in one of our three mentoring programs. 

Your #purpose starts here:

• Team Mentoring- We take groups of young girls with similar interests and pair them with a group of mentors who will help each girl develop her intuitive skills and amplify her leadership voice.
• Peer Mentoring - Each one reaches one. Our PDG's 16 years or older who have completed the 16-week intensive and one-year of mentorship are eligible to serve as mentors to PDG's aged 5-15. 
• 1:1 Mentoring- We become what we see. Young girls and women need positive influences. We recruit women who believe in "building up, inspiring, and leading young women & girls to their highest potential." This 1:1 mentoring session takes place digitally or in person.
